6 Months Old!!

I won't bore you with my sentimentality, or overwhelm you with the sappiness of how time flew by, but I will tell you that I CANNOT believe that my son is 6 months old already.  Each day is a gift that we will continue to cherish along with chubby cheeks, tiny fingers, stinky toes, gummy smiles, hiccups, and little giggles.

We love you very much!  Happy Half -Birthday Buddy!!

HE'S HUGE!!!

Tonight after dinner Aunt Lizzie surprised Caden with some cupcakes.  Of course we only gave him half of a cupcake since it's only his half birthday.  We were just going to use it for a photo-op, but then we decided to let him try some of the cake from the cupcake.  Don't worry we didn't give him any of the chocolate, only the cake and he absolutely LOVED it.  He just kept saying,  mmmmmmm, mmmmmm!!

For me Mom?  Really?

He tried so hard to get the cake to his mouth, but just couldn't figure out how to work those hands that well yet.  Instead he would put his mouth to the tray like a little puppy, and when that didn't work he just looked at me with those gorgeous brown eyes and I willing gave him yummy bites again and again.
