11 Days in Review

If I ever said life comes at you fast when I only had one child I had no idea what I was talking about.  Life comes at you REALLY fast when you have two.  That's two mouths to feed, two diapers to change, two boys to get dressed, bathed, loved, etc. etc. etc.  All of these things combined with an Earthquake and a Hurricane have made it difficult to blog and even more difficult to just keep up with life.  Here is my attempt at a quick catch up.  There are a million more pictures and a million more stories but those will have to wait for another day.


Over the past 11 days.....

 Ma Maw and Pop Pop came to visit and Jackson Garrett met the other grandfather he is named after.

 Caden decided he was going to revert back to baby mode in an attempt to get a bit more attention back.

 We willingly obliged and gave our big boy whatever he wanted.  No worries it's just water in there not formula.

 Caden's first meltdown when we told him the baby is staying with us forever.

 And again... he told us the joke was getting old and he needed to go!!

(I'm obviously joking.. Caden does not speak in sentences nor does he dislike his little brother.. all that much anyway.)

 Connor came to visit Jackson.

 Aunt Liz and Uncle Dave came to visit as well.

 Jackson got his first of many tubbies.  His belly button also fell off already.

 My boys continue to melt my heart and make every late night, early morning, and stinky diaper worth it!!

 Jackson had his first trip to the park.  We enjoyed the nice weather and having Daddy home with us for a few days.

 Caden is a ball full of energy lately.  Moving and groovin and running all over the place.

 We are so lucky to have our Mi Mi here with us.  She keeps teasing and saying she has to head home sooner or later, but we just pretend we can't hear her. :)

 Daddy got to hang out with us for a full week before heading back to work last Thursday.

 Mommy got a dose of reality when Daddy went back to work.  Life is definitely different with two!!!

And our little man Caden is still the cutest, silliest, cuddliest, and kind little boy around.  He has transitioned very well to having a little brother turning his world upside down.  We are very proud of him!!
