On Friday afternoon our friends from New Hampshire, Jim, Lauren, Brady, and the newest addition, Harper came to visit. They were in Brookly checking out where they will soon be moving and were sweet enough to make the trip just a bit longer and come to visit. We are so excited they will be closer to us, and look forward to spending lots of time with them. I am embarrased to admit we didn't take ANY pictures while they were here. We have no excuse, but promise we'll make up for it next time we see them.
Saturday brought a visit from my Mom, Dad and my Aunt Lois. They came to celebrate my Mom's birthday and of course we had a blast. It was just a low key relaxing trip since it was 17 degrees outside and everything was still covered with snow. I swear you'd think we live in Alaska.
Here are a few pictures of us getting ready for our visitors and a few random shots I took over the weekend.
Caden "helping" Mommy get ready for our visitors.
The Birthday girl and her ridiculously good white chocolate mousse cake.
Pa Pa and his boy reading of course.
Not for long though. This boy is always on the move these days.
Here is the nap nanny we used for Harper when she was here to visit this weekend. Caden found another great use for it as he watched some TV in it this afternoon and drank his milk. He laid down and did not move for close to 30 min. This may now be a permanent fixture in our living room.
A year later we STILL love the nap nanny. Thanks Ma Maw.
