STATS:
Jackson does not go back to the doctor until May, so his height and weight will be a mystery until next month.
Jackson has been a trailblazer this past month starting to do many new things.
Jackson is now crawling quickly in any direction that he chooses.
He is also pulling himself up on anything: his crib, pack n' play, the couch, etc.
Jackson is also a brute. He wrestles his brother, steals his toys from him, and even made Caden cry today because he crawled on top of him and pulled his hair.
He started taking a bath with his brother. He was splashing, crawling, and having a blast while his brother was yelling, "THERE ARE RULES IN THE TUBBY, NO SPLASHING!!"
Jackson is still eating lots of new food. We have not been brave enough to try anything with wheat or gluten again (as the doctor recommended), so it's still a mystery as to whether or not he's allergic to it.
He has fallen in love with eating bananas and will pull your hand to his mouth if you don't get it in there fast enough.
ADVENTURES:
Jackson spent a good deal of time in Pennsylvania in the past month.
He participated in his first ever Easter Egg hunt.
He's traveled to the grocery story with his brother and his Aunt Susan almost daily.
He also has followed in his Mother's footsteps and enjoys visit Dunkin Donuts as well. :)
Once again he's been hanging in the backyard, specifically his swing that he loves.
My Happy Boy.. always smiling and giggling.
Jackson is such a fun and energetic little guy. He is so personable and can easily be pulled out of any bad mood. He is fearless, and fun. He only really cuddles when he's tired and otherwise is constantly on the move. Changing him is like a wrestling match. He loves everything about his big brother and just wants to be close to him. We are enjoying every second with him (well.. except when he's up before 5am), but even in the wee hours of the morning, we love everything about our little guy.
Both boys at 8 Months
