The Slatt Crew: Christmas Part Two!

Christmas in Pennsylvania was both unforgettable and exhausting this year. We spent some amazing time with family and friends and specifically loved having our adorable little Jackson around for his first Christmas. Below is the run down of our CRAZY Christmas!

Quick Review...

Thursday- Ran Jackson to the doctor's for shots at 12:30.. was on the road to PA by 1pm
Jenny arrived in town with the two boys (stayed at Jenny's parents)
Jackson was a fussy mess because of his shots & he's also on Benadryl for his Eczema

Friday- Ed came into town late Friday night with the dogs (stayed at Ed's parents)
Jackson is still fussy but a bit better

Saturday- Woke up and played with Hunter and Graci who came over to visit
Headed to Jenny's parents for nap time,
Went back to Ed's parents for Christmas Eve party,
Went back to Jenny's parents to spend the night

Sunday- Woke up at Jenny's parents & opened a few presents
Went to Ed's sisters for breakfast
Went back to Jenny's parents for naptime with the boys
Went to Jenny's Aunts for Dinner
Went to Ed's parents for presents after dinner
Slept at Ed's Parents (Ed camped out with Hunter and Graci in front of the Christmas Tree)

Monday-went back to Jenny's parents in the morning to open more presents with Jenny's parents, her sister and her family
Hung out at Jenny's parents till after nap time
Went to Ed's parents to spend the night

Tuesday-Jenny and the boys woke up and went back to Jenny's parents for the day
Ed worked from home at his parents house
Went out to dinner with Ed and his sister Kate (Thanks mom & dad for watching the boys)
Stayed at Jenny's parents

Wednesday- Ed woke up, went to his parents, then called to say he was sick and on an antibiotic
(Yes he left and 2 hours later was on an antibiotic. Those are the perks of being home where you know people who can hook you up with drugs... legal of course)
The boys and I just hung out with my parents all day (and Dylan), and tried to pack things up
Ed is sick. His parents are sick, and we are unfortunately unable to see them before we leave town.

Thursday-We pack up and head back to Jersey at 10am.
After unpacking for what seemed like hours, we get in settle down and try to enjoy being home.
The house is 60 degrees because we turned the heat down since we were out of town, so we spent the first two hours in coats and hats.

FINALLY.. we go to bed and at 12:15am Caden wakes up and he is sick. Temperature, stuffy nose the whole nine yards. 3:15am Caden wakes up again not feeling well and Mommy is now sick too. 7am Jackson is up and has a runny nose.

It's official... Christmas kicked our butts!!! Thanks to everyone at home for accommodating all for of us.. well six of you count the dogs, and for putting up with our nomadic lifestyle. For the four of us.. we will be hibernating, lysoling and cloroxing here at home for the next few days.

This picture is from tonight after the boys were asleep in bed. We literally have showered in three.. ok maybe four days and are holding each other up.
