Here is what I remember.....
I went to get him after a nap yesterday. He was screaming my name at the top of his lungs When I asked him what was wrong he said, "Mommy I be missing you."
Aunt Susan took him to Dunkin Donuts today. They were waiting to use the bathroom to wash his hands. A woman walked out and he looked at Aunt Susan and said, "Is she done pooping now." Of course he said it loud enough that Susan's daughter Taylor could hear it at the other end of the store.
Tonight after bath we were sitting in Caden's room watching him play. (Ok we were being lazy and just laying on the floor debating who was going to have to put his pajamas on). He was holding a Mr. Potato head hand in his hand and saying "C'mon man, give me a high five."
Ed always work on projects with Caden, and Caden easily picks up on things that Ed says. When they start something new now Caden will say, "Let's DO THIS daddy." Wonder where he got that from?

As we were eating dinner tonight Caden stood on the couch in the playroom and very efficiently threw every stuffed animal across the room, but not before screaming, "To infinity and beyond!!!!" We looked back two seconds later and he had his play vacuum cleaner in the air and was ready to launch it in the direction of his little brother before we stopped him.
He told me the other day that he needed two goldfish. He wanted one that he would name Ruth (pronounced Roof) and the other would be named fish. Afterwards he was eating some goldfish crackers and was upset that he ate Ruth. He made me scream down his mouth and through his belly to make sure Ruth was still swimming.
The other day Caden was getting in trouble for hitting. I told him that he's only allowed to hit people that are mean to him and that he doesn't like (bad explanation, I know) he responded with, "Yeah, that's why I only hit you and not Daddy." In response to that I said, "Well Jackson's my favorite anyways." (Again, terrible response I know and it's not true)
I was out running errands last night and when I got home Ed told me Caden was waiting of me to check on him I went up to kiss him good night and he said, "I thought you'd never come."
Jackson has been doing this incredibly cute/annoying scream lately. I brought him to our room the other afternoon as Caden was waking up from a nap. Immediately Jackson starting his squacking and Caden, still being groggy and grumpy started yelling ,"Put him away in the pack n' play. He belongs in the pack n'play."

I was looking in his mouth to see if his 2 year molars were coming in yet, and they are. He told me he wanted to know how many teeth he had, so I started to count them when he bit my finger. He thought this was hilarious and said "I bit your finga." Then he asked me to count them again. I told him no way until he promised not to bite me. Being the idiot that I am I started counting his teeth and AGAIN he bit me. This time he was laughing hysterically and said, "I bit you finga twice Mommy."
Finally... at nap time he sleeps in our bed. It's a nice excuse for me to lay down for a little each day. After he does about a hundred flips, hiding under the covers, and I try to keep him from falling off the side of the bed I put my arms around him and hold him close. He always asks, "You're just cuddling me right? You're not holding onto me?" Buddy, you can call it whatever you want as long as you fall asleep.
