The Aquarium

Today we decided to take a fun Saturday morning trip to Jenkson's Aquarium.  Unfortunately I told Caden about this trip yesterday and he was so excited he just couldn't settle down enough to take a nap.  Lucky for us he was still excited when we were up early and walking into the place at 10am this morning.

The first thing we did when we got there was head up to see the seals being fed. We got there early enough that there were only a few people in the entire aquarium.  We sat right up against the glass and the seals kept coming right up to us and slapping their fins against the glass.  It was so cool to be so close and Caden was so excited his entire body was stiff.

Jackson was an absolute perfect baby today.  He slept for almost the entire time...woke up right before we were ready to leave and looked around a bit, then we went for pizza across the boardwalk and he just sat quietly again and drank a bottle.  LOVE both of my boys!!

Look at my poor mom trying to hold him.  He was so excited and squirmy all day long.  He would say "urry up Daddy, urry up!"  (Caden doesn't pronounce the first consonants of his words.. it's his own language.)

Look at Ed's face.. he was so freaked out by the shark's teeth and vowed to never swim in the ocean again.

 Look who woke up....

Park this child in front of an aquarium and he's set for the day.

Ed and Caden bravely explored the touch pond.

 LOVE this picture...

I asked Ed to take my picture more throughout this trip and this is what I end up with.

We had so much fun today.
I have a feeling we are going to be back again real soon.

Sidenote.. we had another pee pee and poopy on the potty today for those of you that are counting. :)
