Christmas in Jersey

This year Santa was kind enough to come to Jersey a few days early since we would be in PA on December 25th.  So... on the night of the 21st we started getting ready for Santa's arrival the next morning.  The boys wore their matching pajamas, we watched The Polar Express, and of course we put out cookies and milk for Santa and carrots for the reindeer.  I have to admit.. as the boys get older and are able to understand more of what is going on it's so much more fun!!

Boys being crazy before bed time on Christmas Eve!

 Classic!!

We finally just let Jackson loose and freed him from anymore torturous pictures.

Someone was not into The Polar Express... you have one guess.

Caden however is just like his Daddy and LOVED the movie.
 Time for bed.

The boys will be so excited.  It looks like Santa came!!!!

 Time for the big reveal!!!!

He actually remembered to check to see if Santa came and ate some of the cookies.
They were so excited about all their big toys we had to practically beg them to open their presents.

This picture of the two of them is my favorite.
Caden asked for a saxophone for Christmas.  We just laughed it off until we realized he wasn't joking.  This was one of his favorite gifts and he played it all day long.

Of course Santa left a treat for the girls too!
Jackson's favorite part of the morning was eating the treats in his stocking.  He consumed a giant Rice Krispie Treat and more orange gummy candies than I'd like to count.

 STILL eating!!!
 The aftermath......

That evening we got the boys all dressed up and had the neighbors over for some food and of course some drinks!  As always we had a blast!

Our sax player was dragging a bit at this point.

Typical Mommy and Jackson picture... hold on tight, smile, and pray he doesn't fall out of your arms.
