This past weekend we had a visit from my parents and my nephew Dylan. My sister is at a convention in Atlanta for the week, so my parents generously volunteered to watch Dylan this weekend. We talked them into coming down here because selfishly... Caden adores Dylan and Dylan entertains him for hours. Unfortunately we are all sick here at our house, so our days were filled with lots of fun, but lots of coughing, wheezing, and lots and lots of snot. (Yuck!!)
Regardless we had a great weekend and enjoyed the 67 degree day Saturday!
We blew it and waited until Sunday to go to the beach. It was much colder on Sunday, and our visit was quite short due to the chilly weather and the wind.
This is how Jackson enjoyed the trip. I honestly would have loved to switch spots with him.
Then we headed back to the house and enjoyed the boy's favorite... powdered donuts.
