It happened... for the first time EVER Caden went pee pee on the potty. Now, mind you, it wasn't as we had planned or anticipated but it happened. He was in the tub tonight and he kept telling us he had to "pup" (poop) in his two years of life this has never happened. So we frantically grabbed him out of the tub and put him on the little training potty. The first time he just kept slipping and sliding his little butt around because he was wet, but the second time he actually went. The look on his face was priceless. He has his hoody bath towel around him and looked at me like.. WHOA Mom.. how the heck did that just happen.
Then of course we sang the "Pee Pee In the Potty" song and watched him dance around in all his little naked glory in the bathroom. We finished the whole event off by ceremoniously flushing it, which was a blast for Caden.
He was very proud and so were we!
