The Week in Review

We had a pretty relaxing week at home.  Ed was off for Veteran's Day on Thursday, so he and Caden enjoyed a fun day at home together.  Caden also received some early Birthday presents this week.  He's one lucky guy, and we are lucky too, because new toys always means a more content little man.
(We're not going to talk about next Saturday.  Just enjoy the pics!)

Here is Caden enjoying the box that Mi Mi and Pa Pa's gift came in.  He sat in there forever and actually colored for the first time.  We still have the box, but it's now living in the playroom.  He still crawls in it all the time.  Sometimes the box is just as much fun as the toy.

And here is Caden on his first Birthday present, his personalized chair.  I have been looking at this chair for a very long time and never could decide if I really thought it was worth it. To all those that are wondering.. IT'S AMAZING!!  Caden loves it, I love it... we all love it!  Thanks Mi Mi and Pa Pa.

These are pics from our walk on the beach on Thursday after work.  It was a bit chilly, but great to be at the beach again.

Caden received his second Birthday gift from our friends the Lashers in New Hampshire.  They were extremely gracious and got Caden a Pirate Ship water table, AND five amazing book.  The DOGS book is very cool and Caden is OBSESSED with it!!  No lie we read it at least 50 times today, but that also made the time go faster till Daddy got home.  Thanks Lashers!!
